Mother - Samira Pricket born abt 1819 in GA Jessie Carter married Samira Pricket 10/9/1834 Hall County Based on 1860 and 1870 Hall County Census Records children were: S.C. - Born abt 1836 W. - Born abt 1838 Thomas - Born abt 1842 M. - Born abt 1844 Eliza - Born abt 1846 Nancy - Born abt 1849 John W. - Born abt 1852 Martha - Born abt 1854 Arminda - Born abt 1856 Alexander - Born 1858 Jasper N. - Born 1860 Based on census records, Jessie Carter died between 1860 and 1870. 1870 census shows Samira widowed with about 6 of the children. 1880 shows her living with children Eliza and Jasper (all records in Hall County). If Rebecca died in 1896, this may mean that the Jasper N. Carter living in Dawson County is actually the same one. Do you know the name of his children? If so, I can check and see what I can find on him there. This Jasper Newton Carter died in Dawson County 2/10/1930. Hope this information helps. If you have his children, I'll look further. Sandra
