Mr. Pierce, I have not INTENTIONALLY solicited business over the open mailing list. But my mother taught me it was good manners to answers notes. When I replied to Ms Jarrell I hit the reply button, and did not notice that the reply was going to the list and not her personally. For that mistake, I am very sorry. Once the message popped up on the list, I was upset myself as I had put my address and phone number out there for whomever to view and use. THAT is NOT something I would have done intentionally. I have PRIVATELY emailed people who are looking for marriage information, will, and cemetery information stating that those books (that I did not research and publish) are available. If this is considered a crime, I am sorry, but there are lots of folks whose families came through Hall County and moved on. If I can help them locate the records they need for their research, I am happy to do so.
