" "Copyright protection under the 1978 law extends for the rest of the author's life and an additional 50 years beyond it." If Frances T. Ingmire has been dead for 50 years then you are probably safe. If not then to put it on the webpage, I would need the permission form signed by the author and/or the heirs If you want to go to the Hall County Courthouse or to the microfilm and transcribe them yourself from the original records then I could post them as your original work, but I would want an affidavit to that effect.
