The marriage record reflects McKay (???) Yet on the 1820 census Hall Co both Thomas MCoy and Hugh MCoy are enumerated a few houses down from Robert Black and Jos Black. "If" this is Hugh and Millisa on the 1820 census then they were born btw 1775-1794. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Scott
