Harden was born in VA to Hardy & Patience Roberts. Harden's father Hardy died in Greenville SC in 1789 and Patience died after 1790 in Greenville. Some time before 1823 Harden moved to Hall County Ga (Gainesville/Flowery Branch area) with his children, some of whom had been born in Columbia SC and I suppose others in Greenville. I have information about some of Harden's children but not all and I would truly appreciate any information at all about his wives and children.
