There is a nice page of contact info for Habersham County at http://www.co.habersham.ga.us/html/directory/directory1.html I would think that your request was a tad too early for the County to be of much assistance. Perhaps an investigation into exactly what records are available elsewhere for 1812-1830 might be worth a look...The FHC has many court, civil, land, etc records microfilmed for Habersham County [Court records from 1819, deeds from 1818, marriages from 1824, ]. There are many published sources which might fill in where the FHC microfilms do not - the Kimzey and Lucas books, perhaps Davis. The Clarksville/Habersham County Library may do lookups, and have resources not otherwise available.
