Although not they are not my direct line, I have some TATUMs in my "tree" - ones who married into the HILL family. My great-great-grandmother was Minerva (HILL) FREE, daughter of David & Elizabeth (EATON) HILL. I don't have lots of info on the TATUM family but will be glad to share what I have.
