Jr.and Susannah {Scales} Cash, and their son, Howard C. and Cynthia {McCracken} Cash; whose daughter, Mary {Cash} Black was my great grandmother on my mother's side. Was your ancestor the son of Howard C and Lucy Tyler? and do you have any information on Lucy? It is rumored that she was an aunt or coucin of President John Tyler , though I have no proof of this. His father is supposedly the first white settler living in old Habersham and Howard Sr. drew land in the 1827 Ga. land lottery. Any help will be appreciated.
