I discovered very recently that I am a great great grandson of Rev. Evan Pearson, who with his wife resided in Habersham County, Georgia in the 1830's, at least on Dec. 8, 1832 when my great grandfather, Phillip Marion Pearson, was born in Habersham County. According to newly discovered family lore, Rev. Pearson was a Baptist minister and pioneer of north Georgia. Does any of this ring a bell with anyone on this list?
