Dear Readers, I have recently returned from Ga. where I searched the grave yard at Tesnatee Baptist Church for any signs of relatives. I found surnames through most of the cemetery which are in my lines. Thomas, Nix, Adams, Turner, and Trotter. I took pictures of each headstone and wrote inscriptions on a piece of paper and matched the roll number and frame number to the ones that were difficult to read. When the photos are developed I will write the inscriptions on the back of the photos for future reference. There were a few stones that were just totally illegible, and there were some that will be that way in a short amount of time. These inscriptions taken now will be invaluable reference tools later on. I would like to post my findings here as soon as I can if that is acceptable and anyone is interested in seeing the results.
