All I want for Christmas are the parents of James Loggins, b. between 1818-1823, d. 1888 in Jackson County, Georgia. In 1850 James and his family were in Habersham County, Georgia. In 1860, 1870 and 1880, James and his family were in Forsyth County, Georgia. James and his family moved to Jackson County, Georgia in 1886, where he passed away. James and Rebecca Loggins had the following children: 1. Ervin Alexander Loggins, b. Jan. 24, 1844, d. Feb. 17, 1926. 2. Mary L. (or S.) Loggins, b. 1846 3. Lafayette B. Loggins, b. Feb. 4, 1849, d. May 16, 1937, m. Orpha Owen. 4. William J. Loggins, b. 1852. 5. Thomas Anderson Loggins, b. 1855. 6. Enoch Charlton Loggins, b. Aug. 21, 1857. After Rebecca died in 1876, James Loggins married Sarah Erwin. They had the following children: 1. Missouri H. Loggins, b. 1870 (brought into marriage, daughter of Sarah). 2. James T. Loggins, b. 1877. 3. Sarah D. Loggins, b. Oct. 12, 1879. 4. David W. Loggins, b. Unknown. Any help on this family would be greatly appreciated.
