Our customer service representative, Elizabeth Bloss in Missouri, (printing facility and home office) has had four horrible weeks. Her mother was diagnosed with cancer and given three weeks to live, so she was moved to her daughter Elizabeth's house. Three weeks and one day later, her mother passed away. Sadly this delayed many things including the processing of labels for the individually shipped copies of our beautiful Habersham book. We trust you will understand this difficult situation, and can assure you the books are leaving the plant this week, and you will be very pleased with the book!
