Lynn, thanks so muh for the update of the Clarkesville bookstore. I was the one who posted that old phone number. Afraid that my Habersham Phone book was from a few years back, but glad that it spurred us on to gain the newest information. I shall save that new phone number!!! Here is a suggestion. Several years ago I located a Volumn on the Gable Family, via some contacts on the net. I finally located a library in Mississippi that had the private manyscript on its shelves. It was done by Zelma Wells Price, just one of her many manuscripts. So I called this library, knowing well that a copy was not available. They actually were willing to zerox this large genealogy, with all of its notes and references for me. They did the entire manuscript and mailed out to me what I needed. It cost me at the time $70.00. but it has been worth every dollar spent. I soon found others in the Gable lines that also done the same. Perhaps a copy of the book you seek could be done in the same manner. someone who does own the book may be willing to copy it, or part of it for you. That way no one has to part company with their book! Just share it! Judy
