He was born in Cumberland Co, NC in 1835 and died in Decatur Co, GA in 1919. My grandmother told me he came to GA from SC. He enlisted in the Confederate Army in Decatur Co, GA in May 1861 and returned to Decatur Co. after the end of the War. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Deirdre
