I'm sorry there wasn't a Mack Fagan listed, but perhaps he is related to some of the following. I also hope the format holds up once this message is transferred. If not it may be hard to read. Page 45 - Early County Land Records, Plat Record No. 1, 1818, Habersham County, Georgia Records "[page 108] Plat of 478 acres surveyed 28 Apr 1841 for Hudson Moss on waters of Broad River, adjoining lands of James Fagan, Whitfield, Enoch Brady and Moss. Bird Moss and James Fagan, Chain Carriers." Page 205 - The First or 1820 Census of Habersham County, Georgia h/h 375 Fagan, Moses 100301-01001-0 h/h 501 Fagan, William 000001-00101-0 (Note from Mr. Kimzey) "The Name appears as 'Feagin' on the census, but Fagan seems to be the correct spelling. Moses Fagan, a resident of Habersham County, drew land in Muscogee County in the 1827 lottery. A Moses Fagan married Phebe Smith in Franklin County in 1828. In 1790 a Moses {Phegan was listed on the census of Pendleton County, South Carolina. In the 1830 census of Habersham County, Moses Fagan gave his age as being between 60 and 70. The minor children of William Fagan drew land while (?) residents of Habersham County in the 1827 lottery, designated as "orphans"."
