Pat, Although I'm not researching the William Freeman family, I am interested in his second marriage to Elizabeth Argent Blount. I am trying to prove that she is the daughter of Jane & probably Isaac Blount/Blunt and the sister to my Philo Wylmer Blount. Jane and Philo are living with the William Freeman family in the 1860 census and if I remember correctly Sarah Freeman married a Sexton, son of John M Sexton and Mary Blount. Several years ago I was in touch with Tanner Freeman of Orange Grove TX, who descended from the second marriage. I also believe Chris Lindsay, who lived in Commerce GA several years ago has done research on the William Freeman family.
