I am also searching for Sextons but I don't know where mine came from other than from Pontotoc Mississippi which is where my paternal grandmother was born, she was Lillie Lowrey Webb and her mother was Martha Sexton Lowrey, she was born in 1870 and died in 1962 in Robinsonville, Mississippi and is buried in Eudora Miss. All I know is that they came to Robinsonville with some big cotton sharecroppers but that is all I know. Other than some of the Sextons use to reside in Sardis Lake, Miss.where they use to have a big family reunion every year, I only went to one in 1977.So if any of this is familiar please let me know.
