I am researching the Tinsley family. My Tinsley's were in Murray and Whitfield Counties in Georgia. I don't think these counties are far from Gilmer county,Ga .My GGrandfather Leonard Nelson Tinsley was born Dec 6, 1829 in South Carolina, he was in Murray County,Ga in the 1850 census.
