I have not done any hard research into my Greene County Harris family and I thank you for those suggestions. My gg grandmother was Mary Catherine Harris (1819-1910) who married John Robert Eidson. They settled in Oglethorpe County and that is where she and her husband are buried. I have a picture of her standing in front of her home that was probably taken around 1905.
