If anyone has access to early Greene County marriages I would appreciate a look up on- William Lynch m. Elizabeth ?. The marriage probably took place in the early 1830's as their first known child was born in 1833. Thanks for any help with some marriage info on this couple. Lisa Lee
Sorry, I did not find the marriage you are seeking in either the published records of Greene or Oglethrope County, Georgia. I am researching families in Greene County that lived in the 137th, 138th and 140th Georgia Militia Districts. This area was from Woodville to Bethesda Baptist Church and around to Union Point in the eastern part of the county. A few slipped over to the Penfield area. Mainly Durhams and their branches. No Lynches/Linches.
