    1. FEATHERSTONE CROSS for Roy Hunt
    2. I have this in my notes--not sure where I got it, but the contributor is named below. I am a Reynolds descendant. Malone is also one of my lines. I have a large number of ancestors from Edgefield, and quite a few from Greene County. (WHITLAW, REYNOLDS, LINDSEY, BROACH, SHERRILL, DURHAM, WARE, also researching ENGLISH) I'll be happy to share data on any of the above names. "Featherston/e Cross (Sr.) died in Edgefield District, SouthCarolina, in early 1795, with a will naming wife Elizabeth, eldest dau. Nancy and unborn child. Estate mentions two slaves to be sold. One of Executors was Peter Malone. Moretelling is a deed for a slave (not the same ones mentioned in will) in Greene County, Georgia, being sold by Peter Malone as executor of the estate of Featherston Cross, deceased. No mention is made of Edgefield District, South Carolina, but the names fit and the dates definitely work together. No Crosses on Edgefield censuses for 1790, etc. The deed ties it together". 3. I might be interested in your ENGLISH connection. I have a tie to Henry English thru his daughter, Nancy, who married William Beasley. ear
