My grandfather was John Reid who sailed to America in the late 1800s or early 1900s from Ireland. I have been told he was from Donegal but I cannot confirm that. He had one brother, Hugh, and two sisters, Martha and Mary. Unfortunately, I do not know my g grandmother's name but I believe that my g grandfather was also named John.
