I have collected every Channell (Channel) marriage in GA that I can find. This is the Channell/Bates to which Lee Anne refers: Channell, Nancy m. Nathaniel Bates 2 April 1827, Greene Co., GA I don't know who Nancy's parents were but there are only 3 or 4 possibilities since that is all the Channell families who were there at the time.
