I am trying to tie my great grandfather, William C. Leonard to Coleman Leonard. I know Coleman had a son named William (1850 Greene Co. GA census). The only William Leonard (Lenard) I have found of the correct approximate age (19-23) is a William Lenard living with the Sam Ledbetter family in Corinth MS in the 1860 Tishomingo Co. census. Do you have any more info on this Ledbetter family? Since Coleman Leonard's wife was a Ledbetter, it seems to be an interesting coincidence that I have found a William Leonard living with a Ledbetter. Do you have any info on my William Leonard?
