Can anyone identify Sarah English who married Richard Thomas "Dick" Webb, son of Isaac Hill Webb and Paletiah Greer Webb; she was the daughter of Elisha Greer and Hannah Cabiness. Isaac Hill was a State Senator from Chattachoochee County Ga from 1857-1858 and Justice of the Inferior Court of Chattahoochee County from 1854 to 1856. Isaac later relocated to North Louisiana and left his will in Bienville Parish La. Sarah English would have been born approx 1820 plus. Thanks for any info. Bea O'Quin/New Orleans, La
