RALLS (1793-1834) who married Cynthia Anne COLEMAN. The younger brother of James H. RALLS was Hector RALLS. FYI, seldom have I seen a middle name of an older brother the same as the given name of a sibling. What source do you have for his middle name being Hector. According to my information, James H. RALLS was from Amherst Co., VA and his family, before that, were from Stafford County, VA. According to my information the parents of James H. RALLS were Caleb RALLS (1750-1823) and Mary LUCKEY of Amherst County, VA. What I find interesting is the following names from Amherst County, VA records -- the following persons lived adjacent to one another in Amhearst County, VA in 1788 -- "Hardin Haynes, Caleb Ralls, Jas. Carter, Chas. Crawford." You will also see these same names listed in the Will of Caleb RALLS, which follows. I would like to see what you have for the ROBINSON family that marries into this RALLS family. If they are part of the Christopher and John ROBINSON, often spelled ROBERTSON, families of Middlesex County, VA then I am really interested. 1821 WILL: transcribed by Renee Christiansen and Leone Slater Fyans.
