We would like it to be Elias Whaley and Martha Dale, but it has no proof to date. (the we is a first cousin who I do research with). Mary Ann "Polly" Whaley who married Samuel Betts,Jr is my ancestor. There is lots on them from Marion County. I big article on their 50th wedding anniversary which identifies their marrage as 23 Sept 1782. I have their children and down to the present on my line. I have that Hannah Round's parents were James Round II b. abt 1720 d 13 May 1774. He married Rhoda Crapper. Is this what you have? The Rounds go back aways that we have found and the Crapper's too.
