Hi Rob, Thanks for your reply. You have Noles in Greene County.? What do you make of the fact that PHILIP lists his residence as Greene County in the 1807 Land Lottery, but no record of him there. (Have checked Greene County Genweb, Ancestry and RootsWeb and Genealogy.com message boards as well as searched for him in Google.) Also no record of him in Wilkinson where he drew land. I note Greene is the county adjacent to Morgan on the east and there is a Philip in the 1809 Tax List for Margan, but I cannot connect.
