My Mother was born in Gilmer Co in 1912 (East Ellijay). 5 of her siblings were also. Her parents were Jessie Phillip Green and Ethel Ellen Keener Green. My Father's side, from Elijah Marion Ellis through several generations, were from there. I am searching for anything on Earl E Stephens and his wife Susan Green( not related to Mother's Greens). These were my Father's Grandparents and I have no clues about their families. Also just my curosity, can anyone give me the name of the Midwife in Gilmer Co in the 1910-1920 called Granny Sawyer?
