Williams" for $500. Witnessed by John S. James, E[lijah] P. Watson, Sharrod Caldwell, Rachel Caldwell, and Davis Collins, JP. Note that in this document, it mentions "Cynthia A" and "Synthy A". p. 442 John S. James sells 160 Acres (12/2) LL 169 and 80 Acres on the east side of (12/2) LL 168 to John P. Cobb. (and what connection this is to Cynthia and Ellison Cobb, I do not know!) Additionally, I have "Early Members of Antioch Baptist Church" (near York and Blacksburg and Kings Mountain, SC) by Laurence K. Wells. Joseph Whisonant donated land for this church in 1816, and the deed was made to deacons "Shirad James" ...and others.
