I am searching for information on Nora Adaline Harper, b. 1884, d. 1968, m. Lee Monroe Withrow, 1903, daughter of William P. Harper and Leigh Plemmons. I have them ( I believe) residing in Board Town/ MountainTown areas of the county. I am also searching for ancestry on her parents-William P. Harper and Leigh Plemmons. I have little to no information on these two individuals. I only know, from family accounts, they lived most of their lives if not all, in Gilmer.
