My records show that Sarah Emma MULKEY, b. February 15, 1847, in in Gilmer Co.GA, married James A. BLALOCK April 18, 1869 in Gilmer Co. GA. She was the daughter of Rev. David MULKEY & Nancy A. CALDWELL/COLDWELL. I have a lot of Mulkey information but do not know anything on James Blalock. Patti
