Could someone look for my Parris family in Gilmer County books, please? Robert (Lee?) Parris married Lovina Tucker in 1836 in Gilmer County. I don't know anything else like parents or where they came from, etc. I know Robert was killed in Civil War in 1864 & Lovina supposedly died 6 months later. I don't know where they are buried. They had several children who were farmed out, apparently to other Gilmer County families after both parents died. Any information would be appreciated. Sandy Cardens
