Is there anything about the Syniard/Synard/Sinyard (sp) family? Or is there any mention of this union? Georgia Anne (sp) is the daughter of Elkin Kell. Stanley wrote several books about the Gilmer County area over his lifetime. George Gordon Ward also wrote a book called the ANNUALS OF UPPER GEORGIA centered on Gilmer County.
