I have written Melody McCook (<A HREF="mailto:mmccook@bellsouth.net">mmccook@bellsouth.net</A>) and Margie Glover-Daniels (<A HREF="mailto:margie@majorinternet.net">margie@majorinternet.net</A>) and have requested the following counties: 1- Clarke 2- Oconee 3- Worth 1 & 2 - are part of my "surrounding counties" for my Barrow County, GA site. Many researchers who contact me actually need Clarke and/or Oconee info rather than Barrow, as Barrow was only established in 1914. The sites are already so well developed there will be little work to do except add material as it comes in and, of course, census records. Not to mention - my ancestors lived in both counties. 3 - because I am from Worth County, Georgia - have family and friends there who are interested in genealogy and would volunteer to do lookups and transcribing. This site is also already well done and will only need maintenance and records added And - I have history and records books for Worth County and Clarke County. I would really like these counties and hope you will contact me ASAP! I know Melody just had surgery and hasn't been online much.... and the Worth County site has been up for adoption a long time.
