I would like to add my two cents worth, here, too. As a member of the leadership team of this Project, I can tell you that the last five months have not been fun. They have been lots of things - hard, gut-wrenching, tearful, stressful, unproductive, difficult - the last few months have been a major blemish on the Project. I presume many of you, too, would call the last five months anything other than fun. I truly hope that this is ALL behind us and that we can move forward. We worked well as a team for a very long time - and I do mean WE as in CC's AND RC's and the ASC and the SC - we were a well-oiled machine. And then things happened - bad things. Maybe we handled them wrong. Maybe we handled them right and, because so much happened behind the scenes, we were wrongly accused of handling them wrong. That's water under the bridge. We have all learned something. I think the primary lessons that we have learned are to share more information with the CC's of this project and to involve you more in the decisions that we are required to reach. We will strive to do this. There are times where we might have to decide and advise you later, allowing for your feedback. We pledge to have a policy of openness and we pledge to have an open-door policy. If you have questions or comments, email your RC. Email the SC. Email me. You will get honest and truthful answers to the extent we can. And when we can not for confidentiality reasons, we will tell you that, too. This is our pledge to the members of this Project. That is how the Guidelines Revision Committee came into being. This is why your feedback is so important to us.
