This has already been answered by volumes of email previously sent. Ms. Moon resigned on 12/27 as CC for Jackson County. Nevertheless, Brenda Pierce, Margie Daniels and myself tried working with her for 3 weeks to see if we couldn't work something out. Every other email she changed her mind, said she would not work with anyone else even though she didn't know how to create web pages or FTP. We offered to help her, teach her, get someone to work with her. None of that was good enough for her. She said she'd found someone to help her. We then asked that person if they could in fact create web pages and FTP and she didn't bother to respond, saying only to Ms. Moon she didn't have time to be bothered. Since we could make no breakthrough with this person after 3 weeks and after a third or fourth party intervened with rude remarks to the RC, it was time to move on. Perhaps my note giving up on Ms. Moon was not worded in the best possible manner but the fact of the matter that she was not willing to cooperate in any matter, was grounds enough to move on. Ms. Moon further indicated she never wished to hear from me again under any circumstances.
