Claire - I agree with you on most counts. Especially about Jay Leno's mother-in-law - although I am sure she is a lovely woman. [lol Can you imagine her doing a Internet search of +"jay leno" +mother-in-law and coming up with this reference!?] If people really pay attention to the content and music on my personal site - they will see a connection to the music I have chosen for specific pages. ( First page (remembrance 9/11) - Bring Him Home (Daniel Rodrigues ...singing NYC policeman; main page - Sentimental Journey; Cemetery - I Remember You; Bethlehem UMC - Libera Nos; etc) About copyrights, etc. I have contacted most of the artists - or record labels - and told them I am using their music. They encouraged me to do so - I had already put links to them on my pages so if people want to purchase the music they can. It has been my experience that if you do that - they are more than happy to have you showcase their music. I really can't think of "appropriate" music for genealogy sites. Autumn Leaves? or Heitor Villa-Lobs' "The Baby's Family, No.2" Who knows - I guess some families would warrant titles like: "Family" by Pink I need to find something to do today - I can see I have too much time on my hands right now! :) MK Harrison mkharrison.com Barrow County, GA Ancestry.com I don't know what kind of weapons will be used in the third world war, assuming there will be a third world war.
