I will be sending to this list the documentation that I have furnished the AB in the matter of Paulette Moon. I as the RC to Paulette Moon was very much aware of the fact that Keith Giddeon had resigned his RC position and that I was going to come under fire because I accepted the vacated position. I also received a message from Keith Giddeon stating that none of the CC's in the region would ever work with me. Everything was done to try and work with Paulette. The emails listed below are the correspondence on the matter of Jackson County. *** Paulette states she does not have the training to create and update web pages and states she will step aside and who to send the transcriptions. This was the first contact that I had when Tim forwarded her messages because she was saying she could not open Tim's mail. Unfortunately, I do not have the training to create and update web pages, I wish I did. If at any time you get a volunteer for cc who can do the complete job I will be glad to step aside for the greater good; but, in the meantime, who do I send transcriptions to? Fell free to contact me if you have any problems at all if I cannot resolve them I will find someone that has the knowledge to help us both. Merry Christmas, Margie Daniels *****Below you will find the emails that were sent between Paulette, Brenda Pierce, Tim Stowell and myself. Lisa Graham said in her message to the CC list that she had READ all the harassing emails to Paulette and that each one got meaner and meaner. I had full knowledge that Paulette Moon was Keith Giddeon's neighbor and that this would turn into a big complaint no matter how hard we tried to work with Paulette Moon. Paulette Moon resigned twice not once but twice. I tried my best to not loose someone that wanted to transcribe data. She did not have the skills to create and upload the files and asked where to send the transcriptions. I offered to try and find a Co CC to help and offered to fill in until someone could be found. The very next message was that she did not like me and would not work with me. This was after my message from Keith saying that none of the CC's in the area would work with me. I accepted the second resignation that she sent to Brenda Pierce. I also want to say that Ann Hall refused to respond to two email messages from me and was never an assistant on the Jackson County page. Ann Hall has continued to harass the CC's and myself. Teri Hopper is the current CC for Jackson County and has reported Ann Hall to AOL for harassing her. Ann Hall was reported to the Jackson County mail list admin for harassing me on the mail list and has been from my understanding removed from that list. To put it plainly I/we did all we could to work with Paulette Moon. Paulette Moon, Lisa Graham and Ann Hall are cousins and Paulette is a neighbor of Keith's. I hope this helps everyone to understand why this was not made public due to the filthy nature of the emails. What should have happened is that Lisa Graham should be deemed a member not in good standing with the GAGENWEB and the USGENWEB for false accusations and her charges dismissed. Paulette Moon resigned twice and her resignation was accepted after every attempt to help her did not work. She refused to work with me saying she did not like me and had no grounds for this statement other than her loyalty to Keith Giddeon. They harrassing emails have never been produced because they do not exist. CAUSE FOR COMPLAINT: Sections 13, 14 and 19, of the GAGenWeb Guidelines lay out all the reasons for which a CC may be dismissed from GAGenWeb. See: http://www.rootsweb.com/~gagenweb/guidelines.htm In Tim's dismissal letter to Paulette, he does not prove, nor does he allege, any of these reasons for dismissal in his termination of Paulette. [See Attachment A.] Attachment A =============================== Tue, 28 Jan 2003 03:34:05 -0500 Date: Tue, 28 Jan 2003 03:24:23 -0500 To: "Paulette Moon" <paulettemoon@msn.com>, <kg04@giddeon.com>, <rkeason@comcast.net>, eppy@ticnet.com From: Tim Stowell <tstowell@chattanooga.net> Subject: Re: Fw: Fw: Jackson County seond request Cc: "Brenda Pierce" <ltlbit@mindspring.com>, "Margie Daniels" <margie@majorinternet.net> Paulette and others, I meant to get this out last night but after watching the Superbowl I was tired and went on to other things and to bed. My apologies for not getting it sent last night. Everyone that has joined GAGenWeb from the beginning has been advised that there were qualifications and expectations that one had to meet to be a CC for the project. Websites must meet the guidelines of the USGenWeb Project and now the Georgia Guidelines. CCs or their co-CC must be able to create, maintain and upload their web pages. Since you had indicated that you could not create, maintain or upload pages, someone had to be found to do so for you. Keith had indicated he had no time to do such. You stated you didn't want to be a co-CC and would give the site to someone who could do the whole thing. So Margie then found someone who would fit that bill. You then changed your mind again deciding you would co-CC and would find someone yourself to do the page loading. You indicated to me this person. As someone who maintains a site must meet the qualifications it was only natural that this person would be questioned as to whether or not they could do the job. Apparently this person could not even communicate with Margie - and at least one member of each site's team must be in contact with their RC. Since you indicated you would not communicate with Margie that left only your selection of maintainer to do so. Now that that person has dropped the ball, what do you propose? This is not an attempt to force you to give up Jackson County. It is an attempt to bring the maintenance of the site into compliance. However, since you indicate above -"my county is meeting the guidelines and I will see to it that it continues." If you say you can maintain the site and follow the Georgia Guidelines, which includes communication from time to time with your RC, then have at it. That was Sunday night. Monday, you and apparently your 'cousin' decided to go on the attack against the RC, the ASC and myself with charges of all sorts of things that were supposedly happening when no such thing was happening. Perhaps you had your views twisted by folks with other purposes in mind. Your cousin, if that's what she really is, did you a great disservice for it killed this last effort to make a go of a county page with you as CC. Therefore this is your termination notice for cause from the GAGenWeb Project. You will be subsequently unsubbed from the State list and your county will be delinked. You may, if you wish appeal this to the Georgia Council and/or the USGenWeb Project through Ron Eason - rkeason@comcast.net and/or Jimmy Epperson - eppy@ticnet.com - Regional CC Reps. Tim This is a private note - permission is not granted to post it elsewhere. ------------------------- Apparently copyright has been violated - the disclaimer that it was a private note that's now been forwarded all over - Georgia falls under USGenWeb Bylaws as well and Parliamentary procedure. Ms. Paulette Moon - could neither create or upload a site; refused to work with others; could not supposedly receive email from me - while everyone else could; made false charges against Margie Daniels - RC and Brenda Pierce - ASC; and lastly and perhaps most sadly was a victim of Keith Giddeon's manipulations. On 12/19/02 Paulette Moon wrote to Keith Giddeon and myself saying: "Gentlemen, I do not want to comment on the happenings of this week but I feel I need to ask where Keith's resignation as RC leaves me as cc for Jackson County. Unfortunately, I do not have the training to create and update web pages, I wish I did. I doubt you'll get any support from Tim or anyone he appoints to replace me. I also have received an email from someone who may be willing to help you in my stead. We'll see. --Keith -------------- On 12/20 I wrote Paulette saying: "Hi Paulette, I've asked Margie Daniels and Brenda Pierce to contact you to see how they might assist you and/or train you. I'm leaving in a couple of hours to be away for the holidays. If you have further questions or if I can be of assistance on the road, please let me know. Paulette (I didn't send her a .dat file but the message above) ---------------- Also on 12/20 I wrote in part - Margie Daniels, RC for Northeast Georgia and ASC Brenda Pierce the following: "Margie and Brenda, Would you look into assisting this person? If so I will need for you to contact him to get the passwords from Keith so I can up load and make changes to the site.
