I cant answer all of your problems but as far as doing Cemetery surveys I can NOT see how she could stop you!! AS long as you go in person and do them and not copy from HER precious "Holdings". As for the "plowed" over Cemetery I think I would contact the Sec of State and see if they could point me in the right Direction! I can NOT see why anyone would want to destroy a Cemetery.
