The front page of Early does not reflect if the inner pages have been changed and updated. The difference is that the Early page does have the USGENWEB LOGOS AND THE GAGENWEB LOGO and states it is a part of this project. The Dawson page was deemed abandoned when ALL THE LOGOS WERE STRIPPED OFF THE PAGE AND THE MESSAGE INDEPENDENT PAGE WAS PLACED ON THE SITE (Caps for emphasis). Brenda Webb did not respond when written about this issue. The page was deemed abandoned when the only url for the Dawson page that was linked from the table page showed then as it does now as being an Independent page. Also, the Guidelines plainly state that County pages cannot be Comingled with other project pages.
