Hi Michele, I am sorry but I did not think to go into more explanation for new CCs. And I do not want to confuse you and will be glad to explain more. Though I may be advising you wrong and hope someone more knowledgeable of the requirements of this list and Galina. will speak up.Some years ago we were having a lot of conversations on this list which really was set up for State Announcements, News regarding GAGenWeb Project business that the SC needed to convey to us to keep us up to date on what we needed to know and the list was also for the ASC and the Regional Coordinators so that they too could communicate with all of we CCs on one central list. The list was not set up to be a conversation/chat area for the GA County Coordinators but for business only and our chats were to be over at GALINA. Well for years unfortunately I guess at times we have all forgotten or been confused about the two lists. Now someone please correct me for I could be completely wrong and this is just my understanding. Rather than use the other lists we all got lax and used this list to discuss almost any subject. Through the years Tim and the ASC have tried to urge us as nicely as they could to take our chats over to GALINA. But time and time again we just ignore that for the transitions to be successful we all need to comply and not post things here that require an answer when it is not a reply to actual GAGenWeb Announcements, News and such that the SC is trying to pass on to us. So hope that makes a little more sense. I have been just as wrong to use this list for chats and even heated discussions of late that should not have appeared here on this list. There are times that all CCs should be able to discuss matters which affects us all and we do need a list for that purpose and I guess GALINA is the one to take the chats to.
