Yes Tim did follow the guidelines and the RC's were made aware of the problem. Why would you be worried? The business of 1 cc is not the business of another cc. It is not cloaked in silence it is a matter of privacy. I have never been in any organization that will share the reprimands of one person to the entire staff. You may see them take the walk to the office and you may see the sad face , but you will never see announcements by management what actions if any were done to correct an infraction and nor should you. We should advocate here that CC's have a right to privacy unless they want to discuss the problems then they should also understand that if they want this problem to be made public that all documents that pertain to the matter could and would be made public. Under the newly passed Bylaw this can be the results of an action that is proven false under current Bylaws. No removal procedure may be implemented against the same SC, or ASC, within six months of a failed attempt, unless evidence is presented to the Advisory Board that retaliatory actions are being taken, or attempted, against the initiators of the original action. Evidence that is proven false, may result in the removal of the CC. I will speak from experience. Tim is a fair person. He bends over backwards not to remove anyone. When Tim finally acts it has to have been an extreme situation. The complaints against Tim are usually that he takes his time and weighs all options when some want a snap to it decision.
