That leaves a net of 71. Of the 71, 7 were AB votes, which leaves 64 votes from CCs. Of the CC group: 35 voted yes. 27 voted no. 2 voted present. --- 64 However, one of the "present" says their email was compromised and they did not intend to cast any vote. If you choose to disregard that vote then it becomes 73, 63, and 1 present. I apologize for initially reporting a total of 73 votes, due to a last minute miscalculation on my part. There were 74.
