Donna, I have previously challenged anyone to give me a date on which a grievance was filed with any of the RC's (who make up the Council). If a grievance was filed, please advise me of the *exact date* that I may investigate this. If, in fact, a grievance was filed that was not submitted to the Council, then there is a serious problem with that part of the process - one that I would want to fix instanter. So, in order to help me with this, I again state that, if a grievance with the Council was filed, please advise me of the exact date on which it was filed and with WHOM it was filed, so that we know what part of the process to fix. Otherwise, let's work the entire problem and solve the entire problem.
