    3. Hi Gloria: It was neither a threat nor a promise. I was only mulling over in my mind the options of those who felt strongly enough to vote for a change. It is up to you as CCs and SCs and RCs to try to reform your state infrastructure so these CCs do not feel the vote was a waste of time.
