The ballots have NOT been sent as of yet. A message will be posted to this list when they are sent out. The three choices on the ballot will be explained in the letter from the EC (or someone in authority). It is my understanding the "PRESENT" is essentially the same as Abstain. You choose not to vote yes or no, but do want to be included in the quorum. I STRONGLY urge everyone to vote their conscience.
