Just vote - if you want to click present then do that. I find it utterly amazing and insulting that there are those who are telling us what to do on our ballots. The only reason to abstain from voting or to NOT choose present as an alternative (to not voting) is so there is not a quorum. Then whatever we vote on will not pass as a majority would not have participated. The choice is yours - and yours alone.
