I feel as though this response suggests that I felt Michelle's request is being ignored? Perhaps I do feel that way (since the list has been full of all sorts of responses to emails before/after hers), but that was not the whole reason for my query. I personally felt that her question/statement/request expressed to the list was legitimate. Is the list not (also) for advertising vacant positions and discussing the business of the GAGenWeb project? I wasn't aware that the vacant positions (of any sort) were being discussed and decided upon 'sub rosa', but perhaps I just need to bone up on the rules here myself.
