Michele, I see you have already been given the ideas to check the file name to make sure it is jpg or gif format... also double check your file name, make sure there are no spaces odd characters, or capital letters. Then again, sometimes it is RootsWeb server that is flakey and will work if you wait awhile and try again. I am surely no expert, but willing to try and help anyone anyway... I think it is always fun when we can learn together. Let us know the file format you are trying and the size if you are still having problems. Best wishes. Sharon
